Ithaca Wine Hotel

The Ithaca Wine Hotel, or “Oneotel”, is a combination Vineyard, winery, and boutique hotel. My colleague Johnson Pun and I designed this building parametrically based on a series of programmatic and massing studies. Our overall form connects two disparate topographies and adds functionality to a currently under-utilized space.

We used Grasshopper and Armadillo parametric modeling plug-ins to generate our form around programmatic specifications needed for both the winemaking process and the housing of guests. I am responsible for all graphics, environmental analysis, and overall building layout.
