Palm Springs Hotel

750 LOFTS in Palm Springs, California is a 60-unit luxury
hotel that “redefines the vacationing experience”. The
hotel boasts modular duplex rooms, a full spa, pool,
and a hot tub. The main massing rests over the parking
area, which is separated from the rooms by a luscious
green canopy.

I designed unit types, arranged general massing and
programming, and created detailed 3D models and
marketing drawings for this project.
